I'm Cathy Roby.
My journey began one summer when I found myself eating more than enough dark chocolate-covered raspberry ice cream on a stick. In the name of recycling, I used those sticks to make little wooden boxes. Eventually, I quit the tasty treat as crafting became my favorite pastime. Then I discovered the joy of sea shells. I love to clean and polish them, and create ornaments, wreaths and other decorative and useful items that are sure to please your eyes. Most of the items described herein were gifts for my own family and friends.
Each item is unique by means of whatever supplies I have on hand or can easily acquire. I can attempt to duplicate any design you envision, but will usually draw inspiration from a single aspect that attracts my attention. I might spend days dwelling on a trinket or sea shell and marvel at how a finished piece just evolved!
